My background spans global talent strategy, executive hiring, organisational development and international growth across businesses including Myprotein, MP Activewear, LOOKFANTASTIC and THG Ingenuity.

I spent the majority of my career leading the Talent function within THG during a significant period of hyper growth, helping scale one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most forward-thinking digital businesses internationally. Partnering closely with executive leadership, I supported organisational redesign, international expansion and key leadership hiring across commercial and operational functions. Alongside scaling teams globally, I helped build internal talent infrastructure, developed employer branding initiatives and shaped early careers programmes focused on graduate development, apprenticeships and long-term capability building.

I started Untapd Talent because throughout my career, I saw first-hand how often businesses rush hiring and organisational decisions during periods of growth. Scaling a business is incredibly exciting, but without the right people, structure and long-term thinking in place, growth quickly becomes difficult to sustain.
